Requirements

Rental Criteria

To Qualify, You'll Need:

  • Income: Gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount
  • Credit: Credit score of 600+ (exceptions may apply)
  • Background: Clean criminal background check
  • Rental History: Positive references from previous landlords
  • Employment: Stable employment or verifiable income source
  • Deposits: Security deposit equal to one month's rent
